Background

My company wanted to move from its legacy insurance quoting platform to a cloud-based system and provide a new, streamlined user experience for internal call center agents, external partners, and the average layperson.

Goal

My goal was to redesign the online quoting experience for 4 user groups, 7 experiences in total.
