Finding pain points through observations and workshops

Background

I worked as a UX designer for a company that created cloud-based software with the goal of helping health coaches deliver clinically-approved content to wellness program participants. I led the research strategy across two sites in Florida and California.

Goal

My main goal was to understand user workflow and find pain points of using the software.
